At Róhe, we strive for lasting quality and design; however, if your purchase is not quite right, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring the pre-paid return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Hand over your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point or schedule a home collection via the carrier's website.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
